For the production of Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI we scrupulously comply with the Single Production Specification. A natural, artisanal preparation that requires a lot of time, but which guarantees typical 10% made in Italy products all over the world. Our balsamic vinegars of Modena IGP do not contain added thickeners, colourants, preservatives, antioxidants, sweeteners and sulphites. A skilful blend of the best musts from indigenous Modena grapes grown in selected family vineyards. The blend is then subjected to a process of refinement and/or aging in ancient oak barrels.

The Balsamic Vinegar of Modena PGI Invecchiato Oro from Poggio ai Laghi ages for years in oak barrels. Invecchiato Oro is the oldest PGI vinegar from Poggio a Laghi. A tasty food and wine gourmet dressing with a dark brown, dense color and an excellent balance of taste and aroma.
