What We Provide
- Flights, hotels, car rentals, for two wine experts
- Wines, olive oils, and vinegars for the tasting
- Guided tasting experience, of about 2 hours. This tasting includes stories of Tuscany, wine tasting etiquette balancing education and casual sipping.
- Tasting Menus of the products we will be trying with our logo’d pens for you and your guests to use…or steal at the end of the night.
Your Contribution
- Invite at least 15 wine loving friends (If you are really popular and would like to increase, please let us know and we can work it out together.)
- A Light appetizer (we will share pairing ideas)
- Place Settings for all your guests including glasses (one per wine, per person), chairs, tables, and silverware if necessary.
- A welcoming space for your group
- A small space for us to place our products that our wine experts can easily access (even a small space on the table, a counter etc)

We are so excited to bring a little piece of Tuscany into your home. Here’s everything you need to know to make your Wine Academy Night smooth, fun, and unforgettable.

We will speak over the phone and decide on the night that works best for both of us.
The sooner we speak, the sooner we can confirm.
Hosting is subject to availability (spots are limited and will be filled on a first come, first served basis).
Once we have confirmed the day, the tasting time is something you and I can decide together.
Once that time is set, we ask that guests arrive 15 minutes early to get situated.
We request a child-free evening to focus on the experience. However, we ultimately leave this up to our host.
Please note that only those 21+ will be served and counted as a guest for the evening.
Absolutely! If that is something you would like to coordinate, let us know the details so we know where to go.
No, if we are at your home this will not be a problem.
If you host at a private club, restaurant, or other venue, this will need to be confirmed with them to ensure they are comfortable with us serving our wines.
We get it, life happens. If you need to cancel, please let us know as far in advance as possible so we can try to fill your spot, ideally at least two weeks prior.
If you cancel within two weeks of the event and we are able, we will come pick up the wine that we will have shipped to your home.
If that isn’t possible, it may be necessary for you to pay for shipping back to us in Italy if you aren’t able to reschedule.
We understand plans can change, but to create the best experience we do ask for at least 15 adult guests, if this does happen let’s keep communication lines open so we can figure out what is best and how to help each other!
We would need space in a fridge for our white and sparkling wines. Otherwise, no kitchen access is necessary on our end.

We cover the cost of standard shipping, insurance, and tracking from Italy to the U.S. Standard shipping takes 30–35 days from the date of order to arrive at your home.
If you or your guests would like expedited shipping, this is available for an additional fee.
Costs vary depending on the size of the order, but expedited shipping typically takes about 7 days.
Yes, the minimum shipment is 6 bottles. We can ship in increments of 6, 8, 12, 15, or 18.

This depends on each group and the cadence of the evening, but generally tastings last at least 3 hours.
Yes! We will provide our Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP (20-Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar), Lacrime Viola (onion balsamic vinegar), Frantolano BIO (EVOO), Olio al Peperoncino 666 (spicy oil), and Olio al Tartufo (white truffle oil).

We will send you and your guests a thank-you email with follow-up information from our Wine Club Manager so you have a direct contact. Details will also be sent out about tracking orders, pairing suggestions based on their purchases, and information about joining the Wine Club.
Our Wine Experts will remain available for questions and assistance and some fun before leaving you to enjoy the rest of your night.
