This is where it all began: dozens of rows of vines planted in one of the most suitable wine-growing areas in the world, so much so that organic cultivation can be guaranteed. And here among the rows, at sunset, when the pink of the sky and the lush green of nature touch each other, a glass of wine is enough to complete the communion with the beauty of this land. Here Poggio ai Laghi only sets up for a few selected occasions, as dinners in the vineyard. Every branch, every bunch is a heritage for the new year, and resonates with nature as it prepares to flourish.
Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is one of the best-known Italian excellences in the world. This is why Poggio ai Laghi has decided to bring together one of the most prestigious ambassadors of Made in Italy with guests from all over the world.
For this purpose, next to the wine barrels, directly from the historic vinegar cellars of Modena where the precious elixirs of tradition are produced, the companies vinegar
cellar was created, where the smaller barrels intended for the production of
Balsamic are housed in their original batteries.

The striking landscape of Chianti Colli Senesi includes what is known worldwide as
the Manhattan of the Middle Ages, San Gimignano, a UNESCO World Heritage Site
for more than 30 years. And it is among its medieval towers that Poggio ai Laghi has
created its living room, a place that extends the magical atmosphere of
Monteriggioni, where you can taste its exclusive wines surrounded by the beauty of
the Tuscan countryside.
