The winery is structured to comfortably accommodate the wine tourist who wants to learn about the best of Made in Italy: from traditional cuisine to San Miniato truffle products, from Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena to Balsamic Vinegar with Valdelsa onions, to the basics of Made in Italy: wine and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
During the visits it is possible to taste these products through an experiential path, which starts with a visit to the Barricaia where the estate wines age, to the Acetaia where you can see the batteries of barrels where the precious Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena DOP is made, to the barriques and amphorae where Poggio ai Laghi’s nectars slowly age, giving them complexity and evolutionary notes.

In order to obtain high quality oils, harvesting is done manually and semi-manually. Special attention is paid to the selection of the olives and the relative pressing times: no more than 8 hours never elapse between the two processes. Frantoiano Biologico is a 100% Italian organic extra virgin olive oil with an intense green color with golden highlights, medium fruity with hints of fresh grass and artichoke leaf. Slightly bitter and spicy, signs of a high polyphenol content, and with a pleasant herbaceous aftertaste.
